1. Parties to this Agreement
This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) contains the terms of use of the www.tebian.fi online service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) owned by .TEBIAN GOODS Oy (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider). . When a person (hereinafter referred to as the User) completes the registration process or orders a product/products, he/she accepts this agreement.

2. Use of the service
2.1. The Service is intended for individuals, institutions and companies residing/located in the countries listed on the Service website.
2.2. The return policy does not apply to orders placed by institutions or companies.
2.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to order products from the Service.
2.4. All elements of the Service, including images, drawings, sound, graphics and text, are protected by worldwide copyright and other proprietary rights and contractual provisions. The Service Provider grants you a limited license to access and use this site for your personal use and not to download any part of this site without the express written permission of the Service Provider and not to copy, sell or modify it unless specifically requested.

3. Registration
3.1. The User can register by filling out the registration form and choosing a username and password. To register, the User must provide their real name, address, telephone number/mobile number and email address. In addition to the above information, corporate and business customers must provide their trade register number and VAT number.
3.2. By registering, the user guarantees that he has read the terms of this agreement, accepts these terms and undertakes to comply with these terms.
3.3. The User ordering on behalf of a company guarantees that he or she has sufficient authority to order the products in question and to bind the company to this Agreement.
3.4. Registration is free of charge.

4. Users' responsibilities
4.1. The User assumes responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or password. The User is solely responsible for maintaining the security of his/her password.
4.2. The User warrants to the Service Provider that the information provided by him during the registration process (and any notifications of changes to such information) is true and correct.
4.3. The user guarantees that he/she is over 18 years of age.

5. Privacy Policy
5.1. The Service Provider is committed to respecting the user's privacy in accordance with the European Union's data protection and privacy law. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Order and payment terms
6.1. When entering into the Service, a binding sales contract between the User and the Service Provider is formed when the User receives an order confirmation email confirming availability and estimated delivery time.
6.2. Unless otherwise agreed by the Service Provider, payment must be received by the Service Provider before the order is accepted.
6.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion.

7. Product prices
7.1. The price of the product is the price of the product that appears in the Service at the time of ordering.
7.2. Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery destination and are indicated for each order at checkout.
7.3. All product prices are stated in euros according to the country of delivery.
7.4 Taxes and duties
7.4.1. All prices for European Union countries include VAT (value added tax).
8. Delivery
8.1. Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery destination and are indicated for each order at checkout.
8.2. Delivery times vary depending on the products. The delivery time is determined by the availability of the product and the destination of the order.
8.3 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform or default in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement or hereunder, which is directly attributable to causes beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts or intervention of a government authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser or communications device, or network failure, congestion or malfunction.
8.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to deliver products ordered at different times separately.
8.5 The service provider is responsible for any loss or damage to the product during delivery.

9. Cancellation and refunds
9.1. The user (excluding institutions and companies) has a 30-day right of return or exchange under Finnish consumer protection legislation. This right of return does not extend to products that have been manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes.
The customer has the right to return the product if
1. The order has been cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions by notifying .TEBIAN within 30 days of delivery,
2. The product has not been used,
3. The product is in the same condition as the customer received it and all parts of the product are included in the packaging and
4. The product has been repackaged in its original packaging or equivalent.
9.3. The product must be returned immediately after cancellation.
9.4 When returning products, the User is responsible for any damages.

9.5 The return terms do not apply to custom-made products.

10. Changes to the Service and this Agreement
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Service, policies, and this User Agreement at any time.

11. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
This User Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiations, in other cases, disputes shall be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.

12. Language of this Agreement
The parties have agreed that this Agreement and related documents will be written in English.
