This privacy policy describes how .TEBIAN GOODS OY (hereinafter .TEBIAN) processes the personal data of its customers and users of its online services and how the processing of personal data can be influenced.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
.TEBIAN collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy.
The personal data collected and the scope of its processing vary depending on the relationship between .TEBIAN and the customer or user of the online services, the permissions and prohibitions regarding the processing and marketing of personal data, and the cookie and tracking settings of the browser used.

- when the customer acts as an external seller on a marketplace owned by .TEBIAN, their bank account number will be charged to pay the sales proceeds.

- information collected about the device or application used, such as browser version, device type or screen size
-information about the use of the online service, such as information about pages downloaded, time spent on online services, movement within online services or advertising or marketing content viewed
-information about websites opened through customer communications
-location information by country based on IP address
- information collected by social plugins or other third parties.
-A user of online services can be identified by a digital identifier created in the services when the customer logs in or arrives at the online service through targeted customer communication, such as a newsletter.

Derived and combined data

In order to better serve its customers and online service users, .TEBIAN processes the collected personal data by analyzing it using various statistical methods and combining information collected from different sources.

These assumptions are based on the information provided or collected as mentioned in the previous paragraph. The processing of personal data for the development of products and services is based on .TEBIAN's legitimate interest in using the data for the benefit of its customers and users of online services.

Commercial uses
.TEBIAN may use the information of customers or users of online services for marketing, advertising or other commercial activities. The information may be used, for example, for advertising targeting, direct marketing or displaying advertisements on third-party platforms. For other advertising and products, the processing of personal data is based on .TEBIAN's legitimate interests.
The customer can influence the targeting of advertisements in customer service. The user of online services can influence the targeting of advertisements through cookie settings or third-party advertising displays by adjusting the platform's own advertising settings.

SHARING AND TRUSTING PERSONAL DATA
.TEBIAN uses personal data to fulfill the purposes described in section 3 above. In addition, .TEBIAN may use third-party services, whereby .TEBIAN ensures the lawful processing of data through contractual arrangements and instructs third parties in the processing of data.

-The customer has the right to transfer certain personal data concerning him or her to another controller.
-The customer has the right to prohibit direct marketing or object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. In addition, the customer can influence the channels through which direct marketing takes place.
