If you wish to return your order, please contact customer service at info@tebian.fi . If you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please send an email within 3 days of delivery and attach clear pictures of the product and its packaging. Your complaint will be processed and you will be contacted about an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
.TEBIAN customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery. The customer has the right to return the product if:
1. The order has been cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions by notifying .TEBIAN within 30 days of delivery,
2. The product has not been used,
3. The product is in the condition in which the customer received it, and all parts of the product, as well as the original product packaging and user manual, are included in the return shipment,
4. The product has been repackaged in the original or equivalent shipping package.
5. This return policy does not apply to made-to-order products.
The product must be returned immediately after cancellation.
If you return or exchange a product, you are responsible for any damage.
A damaged product will not be accepted for return or exchange unless it can be determined that the product was damaged during transportation to the customer.
