The Ratio cutting board is made in Finland / Vallila, and the material is European oak. Each handmade Ratio is unique, no two are alike.
Oak wood naturally contains tannins, bacteria do not like tannins, so an oak cutting board is antibacterial and very hygienic.

-Dry upright on a table or hanging
-Oil regularly
