The Ratio cutting board is made in Finland / Vallila, and the material is Prime quality European oak. Each handmade Ratio is unique, no two are alike.
Oak wood naturally contains tannins, bacteria do not like tannins, so an oak cutting board is antibacterial and very hygienic.
